In creating the interior spaces for Windsor Park, Hecker Guthrie shifts the emphasis away from the traditional notion of luxury towards sophisticated design and meticulous detail. At Windsor Park, quality and sophistication is embedded into the foundation of the home — within its design and detail — so that it resonates for generations.

Taking cues from the architecture and the surrounding parkland, the interior palette reflects a warm neutrality. Earth tones, concrete, and soft timber in combination with sophisticated detailing creates crafted interior environments, which at their very essence evoke a sense of home.

In partnership with V-ZUG, Windsor Park brings Swiss perfection into your home.

Made for expansive entertaining, large, well-appointed kitchens feature high-end fittings and appliances. Crowning the central island bench is a sculptural solid stone bench topwith chamfered stone edging designed to contrast with the smooth timber veneer cabinetry. Each kitchen features a fullsuite of premium Swiss appliances by V-ZUG contributing to their minimal aesthetic.

Prioritise comfort in spaces designed for living.

Residents will luxuriate in the calm of their hotel-like bathrooms featuring asymmetrical stone and timber vanities, natural stone floors and feature mosaic wall tiles in the shower zones, complemented by rain and rail showers.

As functional as it is beautiful, the under-vanity LED night light and feature task lighting adjacent to the mirror illuminate the space with a soft ambiance.
